Wow, I am supposed to be able to sum up who I am in just a few sentences?!? Well, that won’t happen. Hopefully by writing this I will reveal a little about myself to you and, more important to me, learn more about who I truly am.
At the age of 35, I am finally starting to accept who God made me to be. I am starting a blog for a few reasons. Sometimes, I just have something to say and am not sure I really need to say it to anybody. I want to leave a legacy of who I am, who God is molding me into and the journey involved in that to my children. And, sometimes, I can be funny, so maybe I can help somebody laugh at that perfect moment.
I am a Jesus follower first and foremost. Secondly, I am a wife (of the most wonderful husband!), mother of a beautiful baby girl, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. I am trying to learn to manage a household, live on a budget, foster a home of love and laughter, be a wife my husband always can’t wait to come home to, and a friend that can always be counted on. I am tender hearted and am trying to learn to listen to God’s still small voice in the achings of my heart. I am a rule follower. I am also a recovering grammar freak…so, I am trying to break free from some of my old habits here.
Oh, and I have an awesome jewelry business! I get to meet super fun women, help them expand their wardrobe and give away free jewelry! How great is that!?!?
